(l)documentation and record keeping so as to ensure accountability, identification and traceability of Ammonium Nitrate; security arrangement for storehouse, tankers containing Ammonium Nitrate melt, transport of Ammonium Nitrate by vehicles, security during transport of Ammonium Nitrate including its loading or unloading; mechanism for controlling and restricting access of unauthorized person to Ammonium Nitrate storage; assigning of responsibility for ensuring compliance with plan or task.
