SLP(C) Nos. 14334-14335/2017 Despite Hon'ble Court's order dated 08.05.2017, learned counsel for the petitioners has not filed the spare copies, hence notice could not be issued to the respondents.

Registry to process the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.

Respondent No. 1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 been served, but no one has entered appearance.

Last and final opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners for taking fresh steps along fresh address of respondent No. 4 for service on respondent Nos. 4 and 5 within two weeks' time.

Thereafter, notice be issued.
