Section 11(1) in The Punjab Municipal Corporation Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1978
(1)The Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rule, 1970, shall apply to the members of a Service so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976.
