Section 17(1) in The Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954
(1)There shall be provided at the cost of [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 27 of 1957.], suitable means of crossing irrigation works constructed or maintained at the cost of [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 27 of 1957.] at such places as the State Government think necessary for the reasonable convenience of the inhabitants of the adjacent lands.
