Section 10 in M.P. Nagreeya Nikay Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005
10. Discipline and Control.
- "Samvida Shala Shikshak" shall be under the disciplinary' and administrative control of the concerned Nagreeya Nikay. The Nagreeya Nikay shall have to take decision in prescribed time limit in respect of proposals/reports for disciplinary actions against Samvida Shala Shikshak from the prescribed officers.
