Section 3(9) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(9)Any person suffering from infectious or contagious disease shall not be permitted to work in the Cold Storage. Arrangement for examination of workers, other than daily wage labourers, to ascertain whether they suffer from any infectious or contagious or any other disease shall be made at least once in a calendar year.
