Section 10(1) in Andhra Pradesh Industrial Corridor Development Act, 2017
(1)No person shall erect any building or take up any excavation, develop any layout or carve out any plots or sub-divide any land or connect any road in the industrial corridor, without the prior written permission of the Authority.
