Section 30(3)(a) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997

(a)a certificate of character from the principal academic officer of the University, college, school or the institution last attended if any, and certificates from two responsible persons, not being his relatives, who are well acquainted with him in his private life and are unconnected with his university, college, school or institution; and
