Section 12 in Secretary, Bihar Gram Katchahry (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) Rules, 2007
12. Complaint.
- Any complaint against the employment on contact to the post of Secretary, Gram Katchahry, under these Rules, may be made before the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate within 30 (thirty) days from the date of such employment. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate will be empowered to take decision on the complaint received. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned will take decision on the complaint not later than 30 days.
