(1)The Government may, by notification, establish a board of technical education to be called "the State Board of Technical Education and Training", [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.15, Higher Education (TE) Department, dated 23.04.2015.]; the composition and powers of which shall be such as may be prescribed.
