(1)Manner of marking of heavy packages - (a) The gross weight on a heavy package shall be marked thereon in English and the regional language if possible with a kind of paint which is not easily effectable.(b)Where a heavy package is of a light colour, black paint and where the package is of a dark colour white or yellow paint shall be used for such markings.
