Bids or offered amount in tender need the approval of Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Transport Department. No bid or offered amount in tender for any ferry provisionally accepted by the officer conducting the sale or calling for tenders shall be considered to be final unless it is approved by the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Transport Department.
