9. The Land Improvement Loans Act, 1883 (XIX of 1883)
Section 1. - (1) In sub-section (2), after "Part 'B' States" add "other than the Madhya Bharat and Sironj regions of the State of Madhya Pradesh".(2)After sub-seclion (2) insert-"(3) It shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh."
