45. Composition of offences.
- If any market functionary violates any provision of the Act or the rules or these bye-laws and the offence so committed is resolved to be compounded under Section 122 of the Act, the Secretary of the Committee, with the previous approval of the Director, shall be competent to realize the amount of composition fee from the concerned market functionary. The amount of composition fee shall not exceed two thousand rupees.
