Section 74 in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959
74. Appointment of salaried Executive Officer.
- For every institution notified this Chapter, the Commissioner shall as soon as may be appoint a salaried Executive Officer, who shall be a person professing the Hindu religion.
