Section 41 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
41. Commencement and termination of leave.
- (i) Leave begins from the date on which it is actually availed of and ends on the day one resumes duty.(ii)Sundays, other holidays and vacation, excluding summer vacation, may be prefixed or suffixed to leave subject to any limit of absence on leave prescribed under each kind of leave.
