Section 39 in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
39. Inspection of register of mortgages.
- The register of mortgages shall be open tp inspection at all reasonable times by any mortgage or other person entitled to a mortgage free of charge and by any other person on payment of a fee not exceeding rupees five as the Board may from time to time determine.
