Section 45 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
45. Conditions of service.
- Save as otherwise provided by or under this Act, every salaried officer and teacher of the University shall be appointed under a written contract. The contract shall be lodged with the Registrar of the University and copy thereof shall be furnished to the Officer or teacher concerned.
