1. Short title, extent and commencement
. (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011.(2)They shall come into force with immediate effect.(3)They shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.Part - IPreliminary
