Section 56(d) in The Assam State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited
(d)The Board of Directors shall maintain a list of members of the Bank who are qualified to vote at the General Assembly Meeting and shall bring such list up-to-date 30 (thirty) days before each meeting of the General Assembly.
