141. Correspondence of Divisional Inspectors of schools, District Educational Officers and Inspectresses with Local Boards.
- Divisional Inspectors of Schools, District Educational Officers arid Inspectress shall correspond with Presidents of Local Boards and Executive Officers of Municipalities on questions of general policy or principle, and on all matters of administrative details relating to schools under their immediate control.
