(i)furnishes a fixed security deposit valid for three years in favour of the Central Council of Indian Medicine as follows:-

(i)Post-graduate degree course -rupees fifty lakhs per speciality;

(ii)Post-graduate diploma Course - rupees ten lakhs per speciality;

(iii)Super-specialty course-rupees one crore per speciality;

(iv)any other recognised course-rupees thirty lakhs per speciality:
