Section 4(3) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014
(3)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, entrust the Board to conduct separate common, combined, competitive, entrance examination for admission to the post-graduate professional, vocational and general degree courses and from the date of such notification, admission to the post-graduate professional, vocational and general degree courses in all colleges and Universities rendering such courses in West Bengal, shall be made on the basis of such entrance examination.
