Section 9 in The Sailing Vessels (Members Of Crew) Rules, 1967
9. Penalty.
- Whoever commits a breach of the provisions of the foregoing rules or forges or fraudulently alters a permit or an identity card issued in respect of himself or of any other person or fraudulently uses a permit or an identity card or a duplicate thereof which is forged or altered or does not belong to him shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundered rupees.
