(3)The Goshala fund shall be applicable to the following objects and in the following order, namely :(a)to the payment of the salaries and allowances of the Registrar and persons employed in his establishment and cost of auditing the accounts of Goshalas under Section 12; and(b)to the payment of any other expense incurred by the Registrar for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
