Section 20(w) in Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008
(w)Subject to any law made by the State Government in this behalf, to prescribe rules and procedure for appointment of teachers, officers and other employees in all approved institutions and affiliated colleges and terms and conditions of their service ;
