Section 5 in The Inland Waterways Authority Of India (Amendment) Act, 2001
5. Amendment of section 14.-
In section 14 of the principal Act, in sub- section 1, after clause (j), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-" (k) enter into joint ventures concerning inland shipping by way of equity participation.".
