Section 2(23) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(23)"hut" means any building which is constructed principally of wood, bamboo, mud, leaves, grass, cloth or thatch and includes any structure of whatever material made which the [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012).] may declare to be a hut for the purposes of this Act;
