Section 17(3) in The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957
(3)In any emergency arising out of the administrative business of the Board, which, in the opinion of the Chairman, requires that immediate action should be taken, the Chairman shall take such action as he deems necessary, and shall thereafter report the action to the Board at its next meeting.
