Section 8(g) in Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules, 2015
(g)The Government reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of a journalist under the Journalist Pension Scheme even after granting it. The Government shall reconsider to continue the pension to a beneficiary who is convicted under criminal charges or other charges.
