Section 1 in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Custodian) Regulations, 1996
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the [Securities and Exchange Board of India (Custodian) Regulations, 1996] [Substituted 'Securities and Exchange Board of India (Custodian of Securities) Regulations, 1996' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/01, dated 1.1.2019 (w.e.f. 16.5.1996).].(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
