54. Vacancies.
- In the event of workmen's representative ceasing to be employed in the establishment or in the event of his resigning the membership of the Committee, or absenting from attending three consecutive meetings of the Committee his successor shall be nominated or elected, as the case may be, from the constituency to which the member vacating the seat belonged.
