Section 39(4)(c) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985

(c)The destruction of record as prescribed under these Regulations in Annexure-I, shall be carried out from time to time as may be necessary and subject to the general superintendence of the Registrar/Dy. Registrar or any other officer as may be directed by the Chairperson.
