	Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of  Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Na.72.SJ & HR/2017, dated 29.08.2017 of the second respondent and quash the orders passed therein and consequently, forbear the respondents from conducting enquiry with regard to the community status of the petitioner, except as per the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Madhuri Partil's case reported in AIR 1995 SC 94.
