Section 55(3) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(3)All properties, all rights of whatever kind, used,enjoyed or possessed by, and all interests of whatever kindowned by or vested in, or held in trust by or for the Universityof Cochin constituted under thecochin University Act, 1971andand all liabilities legally subsisting against the said University,shall passto the Cochin University of Science and Technologyconstituted under this Act.
