Section 4(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)The Director shall appoint electoral registration officer for each constituency who shall be an officer of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.Provided that nothing in the sub rule shall prevent the Director from appointing the same person to be the electoral registration officer for more than one constituency.
