Section 29(1) in Telangana Electricity Reform Act, 1998
(1)If the Commission proposes to make a final order or to declare an interim order to be a final order, the Commission shall give notice,-(a)stating that it proposes to make the final order or to declare the interim order to be a final order;(b)setting out the information referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 28 in respect of the proposed final order; and(c)specifying the period (being not less than 60 days from the date of publication of the notice) within which representations or objections to the proposed order may be made; and shall consider any representations or objections that are duly made and not withdrawn. The Commission shall publish notice of such representations or objections and specify a period (being not less than 30 days from the date of publication of the notice) within which further representations or objections may be made.
