10. Meetings of committees.
(1)The committees constituted under section 9 shall meet at least twice in each year at such time and place as may be appointed by the Central Council.(2)Unless otherwise prescribed, one-third of the total number of members of a committee shall form a quorum, and all the acts of the committee shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting.
