Section 4(3) in Mizoram Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Community Certificates Act, 2014
(3)The Community Certificate issued by the Competent Authority shall be valid only subject to the verification and grant of validity Certificate by the Scrutiny Committee.
