Section 33(3) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(3)Every employer shall maintain a home-workers, employment registers' in Form XV containing the names and particulars of all the home-workers employed under him and the entries in the register shall be made and kept up to date on the basis of the entries in the 'home-workers' log books'.
