Section 2(g) in Uttarakhand Fire and Emergency Service, Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2016
(g)"Fire Safety Officer" means the person appointed under Section 16 of this Act as Fire Safety Officer by the owners and occupier of certain premises and buildings as specified in this behalf to ensure fire prevention and fire safety measures installed in such premises and buildings;
