Section 124(1) in Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing Act 1966
(1)When the affairs of a market committee are investigated under section 123 or the proceedings of such committee are examined under section 126 all officers servants and members of such committee shall furnish such information in their possession in regard to the affairs or proceedings of the committee as the 1[Director of Agricultural Marketing]1 officer authorised or as the case may be the State Government may require.
