23. Countersignatures of conductor's licence.
[Section 38(2)(i)]. - A conductor's licence issued by a licensing authority having jurisdiction outside the State shall not be effective in the State, unless it is countersigned under the authority of a licensing authority having jurisdiction in the State in the manner as is applicable for renewal oa a conductor's licence.
