Section 6(1) in The Meghalaya Maintenance Of Public Under (Autonomous Districts) Act
(1)The State Government, whenever necessary shall constitute an Advisory Council consisting of not less than three members, one of whom shall be a person qualified to be a Judge of a High Court and he shall be its Chairman.
