Section 1 in The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1)These rules may be called the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996.(2)They shall come into force on date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
