Section 2 in Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act, 2008
2. Definitions.
- In this Act unless the context otherwise requires :-(A)"Act" refers to the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act, 2008.(B)"State Government" means the Government of Jharkhand.(C)"Commission" means the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission under section 3 of this Act.(D)"Chairman" means the Chairman of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission(E)"Member" means the member of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.(F)"Rules" means the rules framed under this Act.
