(3)The Bar Council may, after such enquiry, as it deems necessary, [recognise the association and issue a certificate of registration] [Substituted for 'recognise the association and issue a certificate of recognition' by the Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 1990.] in such form as may be prescribed.
