Section 37 in The Orissa Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1964
37.
The enclosure and any fittings, covering, openings thereto shall be made of the fits resisting material and shall be so designed, constructed and maintained as to prevent, as far as possible, when all openings are closed, fire in the enclosure spreading to the structural features and fittings of the building, the emission of smoke to any part of the building and egress of air.
