Section 27(iii) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(iii)Every new Statutes or Statutes amending or repealing existing Statutes shall require the approval of the Chancellor, who may assent thereto or withhold his assent or remit it to the Executive Council for reconsideration;
