(b)from every decision of the [Controller] [Substituted by section 5 of Rajasthan Act No. 37 of 1961, Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part 4-A, dated 24.11.1961.] or Assistant [Controller] [Substituted by section 5 of Rajasthan Act No. 37 of 1961, Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part 4-A, dated 24.11.1961.] under this Act, not being a decision in appeal under clause (a), to the State Government or any officer specially authorised in this behalf by the State Government.
